Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that                                          
SENATE BILL NO. 218 "An Act authorizing a pilot program relating                                    
to state procurement and the use of electronic commerce tools; and                                  
providing for an effective date" be returned to the Rules Committee.                                
Without objection, the bill was returned to the Rules Committee.
